Return policy

Returns & Refunds

Denergy aims to deliver a high level of customer service. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with the product received, returns or refunds (expect for customized product) is available within 15 days of receipt. To start your returns, please contact service@denergyapparel.com.

 

We accept returns& refunds as follow situations:

  1. We have shipped the wrong item/ size/ color (different from provided information)
  2. The garment you received contains quality issue including holes, stains, which can be clearly seen.
  3. The actual size of product is quite different, which is over 3cm bigger or smaller than what is described on the Denergy website.  Note: The shrinkage and fades of the denim apparel after first wash is considered normal.
  4. The actual product is quite different from what is described on the Denergy website.   Note: Color discrepancies caused by lighting during product photography or actual display on different devices are not qualified for returns& refunds.
  5. The shipping logistics does not update within 30 days.

     

    PLEASE NOTES:

    • To request returns or refunds, please send your message to service@denergyapparel.com or head to Contact US section to leave your message. Kindly include your reasons and situations.
    • Product claimed for returns or exchanges should be in original condition with swing tag and packing, which means it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
    • Any claim for product returns or exchanges should be submitted within 15 days of receiving the product.
    • For packages damaged, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the delivered time.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
    • Your application will be processed within 5 business days after we receive your package.

     

    No qualifying returns:

    1. We do not provide returns or refunds for customized product.
    2. Customer fill a wrong shipping address/product item, size or color.
    3. All claims are submitted over 7 days of receiving the product.
    4. Product returned to us is worn, washed or damaged by customers.
    5. The logistics stagnation caused by political movement/natural disaster risk/military control/warfare and force majeure factors is not within the scope of responsibility.
