Typically, your parcel will arrive within 7-10 business days after delivery. Kindly be informed that the actual delivery time depends on various factors including shipping destination, courier company, working hours, weather and transport delays. Before you choose the courier company to send your parcel, please consider how quickly you need it to arrive. Your understanding and patience will highly be appreciated.
2. Can I edit/cancel my order or change my address?
You are allowed to cancel the order and receive full refunds before the product shipment. Once the order is fulfilled and shipped, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to cancel the order. You can have the parcel sent to another address before it is shipped.

3. Is my order qualified as bulk order?
Any order for more than 5 items of the same type/size/color will be treated as a bulk order and given 5-10% or even more discount depending on the quantities of your order. Please check with us regarding your bulk order discount.
4. Why can’t I add the selected product to shopping cart?
Any order for more than 5 items of the same type/size/color will be treated as a bulk order with additional discount and therefore cannot be placed on Shopify. To place a bulk order, please reach us at service@denergyapparel.com for more info.
5. How do I make a return?
Denergy strives to provide easy and smooth shopping experience. Therefore, we provide return service if the actual product is unsatisfied and cannot meet your expectations. 6. How soon will I get my refund?
Your refund will be processed once we receive your returned parcel. Typically, your application will be processed within 5 business days after receipt. Then refund will be issued to the original form the payment within 7 business days. Your understanding and patience will highly be appreciated.
